Lend-Lease for Denuclearization

$0.00

The Back to Back World War Champions Russian and American cooperation during World War II included Lend Lease a program a regime as part of Batavi Cooperation that traces back to 1773. The Lend Lease Regime is a way to Modernize Russia and other nuclear armed nations methodically through the lease of assets. Vladimir Putin has shown respect for my ancestor Tzar Batu in his public addresses and I hope to reciprocate through a Lend-Lease Regime funded by NATO participating countries by private philanthropists to purchase leases on the Russian ICBMs and help support the deweaponization of nuclear powered states.

Lend Lease was a regime of high cooperation between the United States and Russia amid World War II. After the War Stalin balked at the Marshall Plan saying that he was satisfied with a Lend-Lease regime and America has not responded since the 1940s but can go back to the regime of Lend-Lease to meet all the worthy objectives for Shepherd tribes across continents.

I elaborate on the importance of deweaponizing with my solution the Kylos Riemann Hypothesis Solution which is marketed to Prime Ministers Presidents would-be presidents Energy officials throughout NATO

There are benchmarks available for the fair market value of ICBM in a warheads for fuel program from world-nuclear.org and profee.me helps large organizations with pricing and administration of secret and sensitive information.

The last of the 500 tonnes of HEU was downblended in August 2013 by Russia’s ElectroChemical Plant (ECP) at Zelenogorsk and shipped in November. Other plants involved in the project were Urals Electrochemical Combine at Novouralsk, Siberian Chemical Combine at Seversk, Angarsk Electrolysis & Chemical Combine, and PA Mayak at Ozersk. The whole deal is equivalent to 20,000 nuclear warheads and 89 million SWU. According to Tenex, total revenue was US$17 billion, including hard currency gains and the cost of natural uranium component.

Russia has other military HEU which it may blend down for its own use, using simply depleted uranium (giving a satisfactory grade of LEU for use in Russian reactors).
